SUBJECT: CHANGE TO HOURS OF FNIH H1N1 TOLL FREE LINE - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 18, 2010

Due to decreased call volumes, we will be changing the days and hours of operation of the FNIH toll free line (1-877-365-3623). Effective January 18, 2010, the toll free line will operate Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. If there is an increase in H1N1 activity or if we are seeing higher volume of calls, we will reassess our hours of operation as appropriate. This information will be updated on the Ontario First Nations Pandemic Website (www.pandemic.knet.ca).

The FNIH H1N1 email address (H1N1-questions-Ont@hc-sc.gc.ca) will continue to operate. Responses to email will be provided within one business day.
